May 20, 2025 — Google has launched its most advanced AI subscription plan yet: Google AI Ultra.

Priced at $249.99/month, Ultra offers early access to the latest models, like Veo 3 and Deep Think in 2.5 Pro. First-time users in the U.S. get 50% off for the first three months. Google plans to roll out the plan to more countries soon.

Google’s AI Ultra includes top-tier features across Gemini, Flow, Whisk, and NotebookLM. Subscribers can use Gemini’s newest version with high usage limits for research, coding, and content creation. Flow gives filmmakers tools like 1080p video, camera control, and narrative tools powered by Veo and Imagen.

Project Mariner lets users handle up to 10 AI-managed tasks at once. Google bundles YouTube Premium and 30TB of storage into the subscription.
