Gizmodo shows some Windows Mobile appreciation

gizmodowmIts rare to see a major tech site acknowledge the good in Windows Mobile, but today Gizmodo did just that.

Listing 6 items they found particularly compelling, Gizmodo notes the browser choice on Windows Mobile is unsurpassed, the hardware can be amazing, a wide variety of user interfaces are easily installed, the device comes with tethering from the get go, the OS is extremely hackable and lastly, the application system is completely open, with no gate keepers.

Strangely enough these features are exactly what I like about Windows Mobile, and these features are likely to remain while other annoying niggles are removed.
