Game Troopers, a company dedicated to helping companies port iOS and Android games to Windows Phone and Windows 8 with Xbox Live support, has announced that Tiny Troopers has hit 1 million downloads in only 5 weeks.
Tiny Troopers was published as part of the Windows Phone publishing program of Game Troopers, Inc, and includes Xbox Live features.
Tiny Troopers has been featured in the Games Store for Windows Phone in more than 100 countries around the world. It was launched on December 4th and has received more than 1.000.000 downloads, and counting.
“Game Troopers was founded to make it easy for game developers to bring their games to Windows Phone,” said Jesus Bosch, CEO of Game Troopers.
“Game Troopers plans on launching at least 3 new titles on Windows Phone over the next 2 months. We are always interested in talking to successful developers about how we can bring their games to the (windows) platform and grow their user base,” said Bosch.
“In many cases, we will even do the coding to get the game running on Windows,” said co-founder Nicholas Reville earlier. “We want to make it easy for developers to decide to bring their game to Windows. It shouldn’t add any extra stress for your team.”
Game developers with strong titles who want to expand to Windows Phone can fill out this form to get started with Game Troopers.
