Freetel, another of Microsoft’s new Windows Phone OEMs, has revealed two of its upcoming Windows Mobile devices slated for release later this year.
The first device is the Freetel Katana 01. This is the lower-end device of the duo, offering a 4.5inch 48op screen and a 1700 mAh battery are the only specs of which we can be certain of. It has a quadcore processor, a dual led equipped camera and will cost around $160. It will ship with Windows 10 Mobile and come in blue, purple, yellow, grey and black.
The second device here is the Freetel Katana 02, the higher-end of the two. It comes with a 5 inch 720p iPS LCD screen, a quad core processor and a 2, 600 mAh battery. It’ll set you back the equivalent of $240 and-just like its smaller sibling – will come with Windows 10 later this fall.
Freetel had previously launched another Windows Phone, the Ninja, which we went hands on with at MWC. Its specs are quite similar to that of the Katana 02 (from what we can tell) and can provide an estimation of what to expect when the full specs are released.
