Foursquare released version 4.0 of their Windows Phone yesterday. The update brought bunch of new features and improvements to the app. However, Foursquare today released yet another update which is mainly focused on bug fixes. Version 4.0.1.0 brings a new feature as well, allowing users to pin places to their homescreen. As always, there are some traditional improvements which makes the app much stable. Here is the full changelog for version 4.0.1.0:
- Pin places to your Start screen from the place detail page
- An issue when trying to search for places in a different location
- Typing into the search box when trying to add new followers could cause a crash
- Could not sort the search results by distance
- Tons of other fixes and stability improvements
