FourSquare has been testing out a new design for their Windows Phone app in the beta version of the app, and it must have gone well, as the company has now rolled out the update to their regular users.
Version 4.0 now includes a fresh new look and is now geared towards helping users find places and activities which interest them, with the description noting:
Foursquare is all about searching and discovering great places, wherever you are in the world. Our tastes are different, so why should we get the same search results? The new Foursquare learns what you like and leads you to places you’ll love.
Windows Phone users are of course already befitting in the same way from FourSquare data, with the data forming an important part of Cortana’s places notebook.
