PlayStation is releasing four brand new DUALSHOCK 4 controllers, each with their own funky fresh colour scheme.

First up is the Rose Gold DUALSHOCK 4, which boasts a beautiful metallic-looking rose gold colouring with light pink controller tips. Now, if only they made a nice pink hued PlayStation 4 console to match…

Next up is Titanium Blue, which sports a powdery blue finish with complementary dusty blue controller tips. It’s the perfect controller for, well, anyone who enjoys blue and wants a controller. The muted colours are also a nice change from the usual EXTREME GAMER COLOURS controllers tend to sport (see: Red Camouflage below).

Electric Purple looks a lot like someone reskinned a DUALSHOCK 4 using a smoothed out version of Spyro The Dragon’s scales. It also features what appear to be black and white buttons – an unexpected but lovely departure from the usual blue X, pink square, green triangle, and red circle.

Last, but definitely not least, is Red Camouflage. Here to assault your eyeballs with dazzling splashes of varying red shades, Red Camouflage is perfect for anyone who’s into that one particular hardcore gamer aesthetic. You know the one.

Pre-order details for all four controllers will be available soon.

DUALSHOCK 4 controllers are all compatible with Windows computers, although some remapping apps may be required for certain games. I personally use DS4Windows to remap my controller for playing Stardew Valley on Steam.

All DUALSHOCK 4 controllers also sport a nice little light at the back which, when synchronised to a PlayStation 4, will often change colours based on which game you’re playing. It’s a nice little bonus feature.
