Xbox Live Gold members can now download For Honor and Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two for free through the Games with Gold program. Each month four games are discounted across Xbox One and Xbox 360 and the latter half of August brings us a solid set of games thanks to Ubisoft. You can download For Honor on Xbox One while Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two can be downloaded for the Xbox 360, though it can still be played on an Xbox One because it is backward compatible.
Ubisoft’s medieval fighting game For Honor caught some flak after launch for not using dedicated servers, but thankfully that problem has been rectified. It’s now a strong hack and slash with satisfying combat. Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two is a platformer that gives Mickey the power to alter his environment with a paintbrush.
For Honor is available for free until September 15 on Xbox One. Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, on the other hand, will only be free until August 31.
