For Developers: Windows Phone 7 jump list code now available

Unfortunately much of what makes the Windows phone 7 experience (e.g panoramic and pivot  controls) have not been made available by Microsoft to developers, likely because they themselves did not code the UI in Silverlight.

Fortunately many developers have been creating tools to emulate the experience in their own apps. Foremost of these has been Clarity Consulting, who have now made another element of the Windows Phone 7 look and feel, the Jump List, as seen in the address book, available for other developers to implement.

For more on the coding process and for the source code (not out yet) read more at Clarity Consulting here.
