Fitbit recently added a new feature in their Fitbit app for Windows 10 where the app would helps users actively manage their sleep schedule, ensuring they have adequate sleep that meets their healthy living goals.
The app uses your existing sleep data to help you create a new sleep goal, suggested going to bed times and waking times, and sets alarms to remind you when you should be heading to bed.
Now in its latest update, to version 2.11.611 Fitbit has pushed out some improvements to the feature, which brings Improvements to Sleep Consistency.
The update also brings some updates to Accessibility and the usual general bug fixes and improvements.
