First officially-licensed craigslist app coming soon!

The first officially-licensed craigslist app is set to hit the Windows Phone Store in a few weeks. And it’s developed by yours truly! Officially-licensed means that my app will not be removed from the store due to legal cease and desist letters. Features will include:

  • Remembers what posts are new, seen, and read
  • Flick between posts to view next/previous
  • Hide posts you don’t want to see again
  • Create multiple favorite lists to organize posts
  • Instantly gather all phone numbers and emails from a post
  • Pin posts, favorite lists, and searches
  • Search alerts notify you when new items are posted

And once you start using the app, you’ll see how quick and fluid the experience is! Whether you’re swiping through posts in full reading mode, viewing pictures in fullscreen, or saving contact information from the post, every detail is thoroughly thought-out.

I am currently debating what to name the app. Two possibilities are Classify or 8list. Tell me which name you prefer in the comments!

The app should be downloadable by January 7th or sooner. I’m nearly done with everything! Certain features in the app will be paid (licensing costs). You can also view more screenshots.
