The beta of the new Windows Phone 8 Official Facebook app has been updated to version 5.0.1.6.
As is usually the case there is no changelog, and no obvious changes, but it appears the notification area has again had some tweaks.
The WP8 only app can be found in the Windows Phone Store here.
