Today, Bethesda had their E3 2017 Xbox briefing. Members of the press, as well as gamers from around the world, attended the event in Los Angeles. The evening was filled with numerous game reveals like The Evil Within 2 and Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus. The Xbox One X also received some love. There were numerous surprises in there too despite all the leaks which took place in the morning. Here’s everything you need to know from their event. Bethesda has a lot of quality experiences coming out in 2017.
Virtual Reality
Bethesda started their conference by talking about their titles like Fallout Shelter and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. However, the event quickly transitioned to Doom and Fallout 4. Both of these games are coming to virtual reality. Doom VFR and Fallout 4 VR are coming out this year.
Creation Club
Bethesda revealed Creation Club which is a way to extend the life of many titles. Content will be created by the best developers and available for credits. Think of it like the Community Marketplace which was announced for Minecraft recently.
Dishonored 2
Dishonored 2 is getting its first expansion which tasks you with killing The Outsider. Dishonored: Death of the Outsider should be available in September.
The Evil Within 2
Despite the fact that The Evil Within 2 leaked this morning, Bethesda still managed to surprise us with the trailer which focuses on a father’s search for his daughter. The game is coming out on October 13.
Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus
Bethesda confirmed Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus which focuses on the war against the Nazi in America. You have to rally the Resistance to take back the country! The game is coming out on October 27.
Apart from the games mentioned above, Bethesda discussed The Elder Scrolls: Legends and Quake Champions. From the looks of it, The Evil Within 2 and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus will run at native 4K on Xbox One X. Bethesda sticked to their strengths and both of these games look absolutely phenomenal. The best part is that they’re coming out this year!
