The next 6 months is going to be filled with much longing for the next update to Windows Phone 7, but one group of Windows phone 7 owners will not have to wait that long.
Developers are set to get early access to both to the emulator, which is expected in the next few months, and also to an image which can be installed on handsets.
It is likely this process will also result in the update leaking, and with the growing expertise of the Windows Phone hacker scene it is likely it will not be long before some of us also have it on our devices.
