Tweakers.net reports that developers will have quite a bit more freedom when it comes to Windows Phone 7 devices.
The information for a Windows Phone Developer meet up in Maarssen reveals after registering for Marketplace, they will be able to unlock up to 5 handsets, which will allow them to run unsigned applications and side-load them. These capabilities are not available to run of the mill users.
Latest rumours suggest a Q3 to early Q4 launch of the OS, placing it at most 3-4 months away from hitting the market in devices.
