Dell debuts new Alienware Command Center that manages gaming environment and unlocks full rig performance

CES 2018 has been full of announcements benefiting gamers, from Acer unveiling a new laptop to ASUS revealing its latest gaming lineup complete with laptops, desktops, and accessories. Today, Dell has jumped into the fray and announced a new Alienware Software Command Center that is meant to manage your gaming environment and unlock the full performance of your rig.

In a press release from Dell, the company stated that the new Alienware Command Center merges system settings, content and other functions into a “simple and elegant” interface. This interface is also meant to help everyone from novice gamers to those more experienced optimize their PCs to their unique gaming needs and preferences. You will be able to access your entire gaming library from all sources on your PC and create custom profiles for each one with tools enabled to get the best performance possible and to help you manage your system’s power.

Alongside this announcement, Dell revealed plans to build a new Alienware eSports Training Facility in partnership with Team Liquid. The 8,000 square foot facility in Los Angeles will serve as Team Liquid’s headquarters, and it aims to set a new standard for a dedicated eSports training center. Everything will be powered by the newest and most powerful technology Dell and Alienware have to offer.

The Alienware Command Center will be available starting on the new Area 51 in February according to Dell.
