It has been a long wait, but Apple’s iTunes is finally available to download from the Windows Store.

Promising the easiest way to enjoy your favourite music, movies, TV shows, and more on your PC, the app also offers access to Apple Music, where you can listen to millions of songs and your entire music library, online or off and Apple’s Beats 1 live or on demand radio station.

The application was first announced as coming in May 2017 and uses Microsoft’s Desktop Bridge technology to bring the full win32 app to the store. The app joins Spotify, another full-featured desktop music streaming app, which is being regularly updated by the company, and which has seen the addition of Live Tiles and other UWP features.

Mainly used by those with iPhones, which number around a billion users, most on Windows computers, the iTunes app can be downloaded from the Store here.
