CD Projekt RED has been delayed, once again, until December 10th, 2020.
Originally set to launch this April, then September, then November, the ambitious RPG by Polish studio CD Projekt RED will now release in December.
Revealed through a post on Twitter, the developer stated that the new delay is due to their struggle to ship nine different versions of the upcoming games for every platform on the market those holiday.
“Since Cyberpunk 2077 evolved towards almost being a next-gen title somewhere along the way, we need to make sure everything works well and every version runs smoothly,” the development studio wrote.
“We are aware it might seem unrealistic when someone says that 21 days can make such a difference in such a massive and complex game, but they really do.”
