Crytek’s newest co-op game Hunt: Showdown will be making its way to Xbox One this spring.

Hunt: Showdown will be launching in Xbox’s Game Preview Program, a system which has brought games such as DayZ and Ark: Survival Evolved to the system.

This new title has already been in Steam’s Early Access program since February last year. With positive user reviews, it seems to be a great co-op experience.

Hunt: Showdown tasks ten players with battling both each other and deadly, eldritch monsters in the role of bounty hunters. You can either play solo or in teams of two. It seems to be a fun asynchronous multiplayer experience.

Since the creation of Xbox’s Ryse: Son of Rome, Crytek has been rather silent this generation. Hopefully, if Hunt: Showdown succeeds, they’ll become a prominent gaming force again. After all, they did make Crysis.
