U.S. basedÂ Crunchyroll have announced the availability of select Japanese anime video on the Windows Phone platform coming this autumn.
The service will offer about 150 programs, including the popular “Naruto” and “Bleach,” along with Korean dramas, and viewers will ill be able to watch Japanese anime one hour after broadcast in Japan. Programs will be also made available to non-paying subscribers one week after broadcast, with advertisements inserted into the shows.
The service will cost $6.95 to $11.95 dollars per month and will be available in US and Europe.
Crunchyroll has about 6 million monthly subscribers at present and has recently announced that their service has become profitable.
