Cortana is a digital agent from Microsoft that is available on all Windows 10 devices. Cortana was first announced in seven countries: the U.S., UK, China, France, Italy, Germany and Spain. Last July, Microsoft announced that Cortana will be available to customers in the Windows Insider Program in Japan and Australia, and in English in Canada and India in the coming months. Later, it was made available to Windows Insiders in Brazil and Mexico, and in French in Canada.
Today, Harry Shum revealed on Twitter that Cortana is coming to Korea soon. He didn’t mention any specific timeline, but we can expect an official announcement on this very soon.
Update: Microsoft Research CVP today tweeted that Cortana is not coming to Korea just yet.
Apologies that I misspoke at recent Computing in 21st Century Conference—no plans for Cortana in Korea just yet. https://t.co/9DTyrsWBes
