While the success of Microsoft’s windows phone reference design program is debatable, it certainly has a very wide reach.

The latest OEM to sign up is Nepal’s Colors Mobile, who are launching a slim Windows Phone (likely the 7.2mm 720P HD device) with some support from Microsoft, who are holding local seminars to sell the productivity benefits of Windows Phone.

The device is called the Colors Win W10 and features a 4.7 inch HD IPS screen, QuadCore 1.2Ghz Snapdragon 200 SoC,1GB of RAM,8GB internal storage, 8MP rear camera,2MP front camera and 1750mAh battery.

Teletalk Pvt Ltd will the the only authorized distributor for the handset, which is on sale for Rs 16,000  and will be holding an app seminar in April in support of the device.

The Colors Mobile website can be found here, though the device has not shown up there yet.
