While all of your favorite series are looking to add battle royale modes of their own, developers are still capitalizing on its popularity by dedicating entire games to the genre. Boss Key Productions, co-founded by Gears of War creator Cliff Bleszinski, recently released an “X-TREME Early Access battle royale shooter” called Radical Heights. Though it’s currently only available on PC, Bleszinski is open to bringing it to Xbox One.
In a thread on Twitter discussing whether or not Xbox’s Phil Spencer and Mike Ybarra should hold regular AMAs over Mixer, Bleszinski and Larry Hryb eventually got to talking about Radical Heights. Bleszinski said how the team over at Boss Key would like to see it on Xbox.
We want it on Xbox ??

Ybarra responded to this by mentioning the company’s new Creators Program, making it easier than ever for anyone to publish a game on Xbox. “It’s pretty easy to publish on Xbox,” he said in a tweet. “Teenagers do it in the Creators Program.”
Bleszinski and Boss Key Productions caught some flak from the Xbox community for not publishing their previous game, LawBreakers, on Microsoft’s console. The team shooter only ever released for PlayStation 4 and PC, which felt like a snub to fans considering Bleszinski’s role in creating the Xbox exclusive series Gears of War.
It’s unknown if or when Radical Heights will make its way to Xbox, but with things like the Creators Program, [email protected], and Xbox Game Preview, it’s easy to imagine it making its way to Xbox eventually.
