Check out an engineer’s tour of Surface Hub’s user experiences

Microsoft recently started posting detailed overview videos of Surface Hub from the Surface engineering team. In their latest video, Principal engineer Nate Stott takes us on a comprehensive tour of Surface Hub user experiences. Check out the video above.

Surface Hub is by design, an intelligent walk-up and use device. As Nate explains, our goal was to create an experience where Surface Hub comes to life as soon as you walk into the room. It uses a version of Windows highly optimized for group collaboration and the “Welcome” experience invites you to immediately interact and start collaborating.

Microsoft designed Surface Hub from the ground up for ink and touch, and harnessed the best collaboration and security features of Windows 10, Skype for Business, Office, OneNote and Universal Windows apps. Surface Hub can reduce costs and improve effectiveness, compared to legacy AV and presentation technology.
