Carriers who are confirmed to be pushing out updates

Most people did not follow the instructions, but from the few people who did we can confirm these carriers have pushed out the Pre-NoDo update for these devices:

If anyone HAS had updates to carriers not on the list, let us know below, and I shall add it to the list.

It is likely the main reason most people have not seen updates it just the phased roll out, rather than any carrier blocking.  Of course after the Omnia 7 issues things may have changed, so we also welcome recent positive reports of updates going through.
