Brando’s Wireless Charging pad reviewed

imageWPXbox have reviewed Brando’s Qi-compatible wireless charging pad.

Compared to Nokia’s Nokia’s DT-900 it offers a thinner profile and larger physical area, but is not as solid, and the actual area which delivers charging is smaller, requiring ironically more precise placement to charge.

The charger, which at $48 is only $2 cheaper than the official Nokia version, does have one advantage over Nokia’s DT-900 – it charges via USB, adding some flexibility, while the DT-900 has a rather massive adaptor which takes up a lot of space on the power strip, and which means the charging plate needs to remain firmly at home.
