Boxcryptor gives your SkyDrive some privacy, now in beta

We posted a few weeks ago that Boxcryptor was coming to Windows phone by the end of the month, and it seems the company has delivered, as the app is now in closed beta in the Windows Phone Store.

Boxcryptor is a service which encrypts the content of your cloud storage, meaning you can securely access your information from anywhere, and no-one else, including boxcryptor, Microsoft or Google, can do the same.

The service also has mobile apps, which allows users to access their data from smartphones or tablets.

The service supports 22 platforms, including now Windows RT, and to apply to join the beta sign up here.
