Bookviser – a popular eBook reader for Windows Phone – has just been updated to support OPDS (Open Publication Distribution System). This made Bookviser a better reading app in two ways. First it gives you direct access to almost all major Internet libraries and their huge collections of free and paid books. Current update links to Project Gutenberg, Feedbooks, Smashwords, BooksOnBoard and AllRomance. Second it allows you to connect Bookviser to your favorite ebook catalogue manually (if this catalogue supports OPDS). This function is especially useful for users from non-English speaking countries. Now you can add stores and libraries popular in your country to search for books in your native language.

Apart from downloading ebooks from stores and catalogues from within the app, you can still download books from any site via built-in browser or upload your own collection via SkyDrive or Bookviser account.

New update also brings support for 2 new languages: Czech and Italian.
