Blackberry OS 6.0 vs Windows Phone 7

Engadget recently had somewhat of a showdown between the new generation Blackberry Torch running Blackberry OS 6.0, which features a new Webkit browser (derived from Torch Mobile’s offering, stolen from Windows Mobile) and Windows Phone 7, running on the prototype Samsung Taylor.

Now we don’t normally pay Engadget’s opinion much heed, but there is something so bad about Blackberry OS 6.0 that it makes Windows Phone 7 look rather amazing in comparison.

With comments like “It works, it works really well…”, “Actual, this is really impressive” and “I did not think they could get this nearly as polished”, it seems Microsoft has finally discovered how to impress Engadget.
