Microsoft Bing is partnering with NCAA to build the NCAA March Madness bracket experience. Bing’s machine learning technology will analyze social and search signals, NCAA statistical data to help fans build a smarter bracket. The Bing bracket provides intelligent match-up predictions, analysis and additional features. Also, the official bracket on NCAA.com will be offered with Bing Predicts insights and game match-ups.
Here’s how it works:
- When selecting your first round matchups, use the Bing predictions to help guide your choices
- In every subsequent pick for every subsequent round, the Bing models give suggestions and forecasts based on who you picked in the prior round. Even after the tournament starts, Bing will still provide predictions for matches in the round of 16
Bing’s March Madness 2017 Bracket Builder is now live on Bing.com. You can check it out here.
