Beforehand, Xbox Game Pass was only available to Alpha Xbox Insiders. However, it just rolled out to Beta Insiders as Microsoft adds the final touches to the service. The Xbox Game Pass test will end on April 7 so Beta Insiders have roughly 2 weeks to play the games to their heart’s content. The test includes a number of stellar experiences so utilizing Xbox Game Pass should be an enjoyable ordeal.

For those wondering, Xbox Game Pass is a Netflix-like subscription service for games. For only $10 per month, Xbox One owners get unlimited access to a library of over 100 Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles. All of the games are downloaded to your hard drive so there isn’t an issue with streaming quality like other services. It’s a great way to test out games and even finish them because you get 1 month even with rotating titles. That’s plenty of time to complete the majority of the games announced for the service. Any gamer who doesn’t want to spend thousands of dollars to play should subscribe when it launches this spring.
