Augmented Reality Accelerometer Simulator for WP7 emulator now available

The headline is a mouthful, but NKast’s software solves a real problem for Windows Phone 7 developers without devices – being able to test applications using accelerometer without having an actual sensor.

The software, which we wrote about earlier, using the ARToolkit, and interfaces with the Windows Phone 7 emulator allowing the user to simulate a phone in hand and test software dependent on the accelerometer.

The code is currently on Codeplex and can be downloaded at Tainicom.net here.

Thanks Snatcher for the tip.
