Audible app for Windows 10 gets another minor update

Just days after the last update Amazon has once again updated the Audible app for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile, this time to version

Unlike the last update which introduced the ability to stream books, this one does not appear to add any new features, but we assume given the haste fixes issues with the new elements of the app.

According to the official changelog version 10.2.8 brings “Bug fixes and improvements” only.

The Audible app for Windows 10 lets you:

  • Download over 180,000 professionally narrated audiobooks and periodicals to your device
  • Pick up where you left off: sync your last position heard across all of your devices
  • Control your listening experience with Cortana voice commands and button-free mode
  • Navigate chapters, add bookmarks and notes, and control your narration speed
  • Access the Audible store to purchase more audiobooks
  • Get insider information about author events and more with the Audible Newsfeed

Version 10.2.8 2 days ago brought the option to stream audiobooks and improved search, with the app now displaying suggestions as you type.
