We can expected the media assault by Microsoft and AT&T to launch soon, according to Twice.com, with Microsoft will launch its Windows 7 Phone ad campaign in late October, followed by AT&T launching a national TV, print and online advertising campaign, and Microsoft targeting “a mix of TV, print and digital, allowing us to go direct with a broad group of people at time and targeting niche audiences at others,â€according to a Microsoft spokesman.
AT&T is helping to promote Windows phone 7 b y offering an “Entertainment Pack†for free with their new Windows Phone 7 handsets.
The pack will include 30 days of free Zune Pass, including 10 free songs, the great ilomilo game free and also the ability to download TV shows via AT&T U-Verse Mobile.
Microsoft did not however confirm its multi-billion dollar budget for promoting their new OS.
