Asus Glide brings the pretty to Windows Mobile

It seems everyone who is serious about selling Windows Mobile phones are trying to make their GUI more attractive.  Asus, who have said they want 10% of their revenue to come from Windows Mobile phones by 2010, are certainly serious, and have introduced their attempt to win some marketshare.  While it does not look as tasty as TouchFlo3D, for a first attempt its attractive enough.

Dubbed Asus Glide, it consists of 5 main components, ASUS Today, a full screen today plugin, Anytime Launcher, a very attractive and easy to use laucher, EziPhoto, a slideshow app that plays music and EziMusic, a media playing app, and it certainly measures up decently well to HTC’s first attempt with TouchFlo I and II.

ASUS will be showing off the GUI at Computex 2008. Below are some photos of the interface, but for a preview see this video by Solopalmari after the break.
