On and off Windows Phone OEM Archos has just introduced a new Windows Phone, the affordable Archos 40 Cesium, which will retail for only 80 Euro (£65, $105 ).

The device is powered by a Snapdragon 200 processor, 512 MB RAM and a 4 inch WVGA screen, and is available with yellow, blue and black interchangeable covers.

The device will accompany the 80 Cesium Windows tablet, and will presumably be marketed together.

The handsets are expected to be shown off at IFA in Berlin next week, where we are also expecting to see Nokia’s latest mid-range handsets.
