Another Windows Phone 7 device shows up on FCC, also heading to AT&T

It seems AT&T will again be blessed with all the desirable phones, as another Windows Phone 7 device passes through the FCC (1, 2) with the all important 850 Mhz HSDPA band and not the T-Mobile 1700 Mhz band.

The HTC device, with the PD26100 moniker will also have WIFI N, and that’s about the sum total of the information available.  Well, that of course, and the minimum 1 Ghz processor, WVGA screen of at least 3.5 inches and at least 5 megapixel camera 🙂

Are readers on other carriers getting concerned that the “premier Windows Phone 7 carrier” will lock up all the good Windows Phone 7 devices? Let us know below.
