Another Nokia Windows Phone 8 handset revealed in a design patent?

Another Nokia design patent, filed on the 21st August, has just passed through the US patent office.
The device is reminiscent of the the Nokia Lumia 610, but with some features which are subtly different, such as the placement of the earpiece on top and the shape of the camera on the back.
The shape of the screen does bring to mind another leaked part, which was meant to be the screen from one of Nokia’s Windows Phone 8 handsets. Combined with the resemblance to the Nokia Lumia 610 this may be a picture of Nokia’s low-end Windows Phone 8 range.
