American Airlines quietly removes its app from the Windows Phone Store

Back in June, American Airlines released its Windows Phone Store. The company recently updated the app with bunch of new features in September. However, as it seems like, the app isn’t available on the Windows Phone Store anymore. We’ve tried to download the app from the Windows Phone Store, but as it has been removed from the store, we’re seeing the “This app is no longer published” info.
American Airlines has also confirmed that they are not going to support the Windows Phone anymore. The removable of the app is very surprising, since it has some good reviews. Unfortunately though, American Airlines hasn’t yet revealed the reason behind this removable.
