At a virtual press event tomorrow, AMD will reveal its next wave of Ryzen desktop processors and provide more information on the all-new “Zen 3” architecture. The AMD Zen 3 event will kick off on at 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET and will be available on the official AMD YouTube channel.

The upcoming Zen 3 chipsets are expected to be built on the enhanced 7nm manufacturing process for greater power efficiency and performance. It will be interesting to see how AMD Ryzen 5000 desktop processors compare to the current 10th gen Intel Core processors and the upcoming Rocket Lake processors that are coming in 2021.
