Alcatel’s brand new Windows Phone finally available in the UK after multiple delays

Alcatel’s latest Windows Phone device, the Idol 4 Pro, is finally available in the United Kingdom. After multiple delays, the device finally seems to be shipping in the United Kingdom. The device was initially expected to start shipping on the 26th of July, but it got delayed by 2 weeks later on. Reports also claimed that the device had been delayed yet again by 2 days. What’s even more bizarre is the fact that the device also went out of stock before it even started shipping in the country.

In terms of the specs, the Idol 4 Pro is a pretty solid device. It packs a 5.5-inch AMOLED Full HD display, protected by the Asahi Dragontrail Glass. Powering the device is a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 and 4GB RAM. For the storage, you’ll get 64GB of internal storage, as well as a microSD card slot to expand the storage up to 128GB. As for the cameras, you are getting a 21MP sensor on the back and an 8MP camera on the front. The device also comes with a fingerprint scanner and a 3000mAh battery which should give you decent battery life.

You can get the Idol 4 Pro for £419 from the Microsoft Store UK here.
