Aeries for Twitter now lets you easily save Gifs and Videos, adds Dynamic Themes

Aeries for Twitter, one of the best Twitter apps for Windows 10 (PC and Mobile) today picked up another update to version 2.2.0.42.0. This update adds an two new features  – the ability to easily save Gifs and Videos from your time line and dynamic themes, which means the app no longer have to be restarted to change themes.

The update also comes with a long list of fixes. See the full changelog below:

  • Now easily save videos and GIFs.
  • Themes are now dynamic, not requiring a restart when switching – this also applies to when sunset mode is on.
  • Fixed interaction with video controls and restored close on tap/click.
  • Fixed a crash when trying to view the details of a deleted tweet.
  • Fixed an issue where initial sections for an account would have duplicate interactions sections.
  • Fixed an issue where auto-suggest would not work on some devices.
  • Fixed a crash when pinning a user to home.
  • Fixed an issue with undoing retweets.
