At its #madebygoogle event today, Google introduced a bunch of new hardware including its new Android phones: the Pixel and the Pixel XL. For those who don’t follow the Android news, Google will now be launching new phones with the “Pixel” brand which will be available from a variety of carriers in the United States and other countries. Similar to Nexus phones, Google is working with a third-party manufacturer to build its phones — and this time around, it’s HTC building the Pixel phones. Now, of course, there isn’t a lot of difference between the Pixel phones and some other smartphones in the market — including Microsoft’s Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL. Microsoft’s Lumia 950 and 950 XL are already quite old as they were launched almost a year ago (October 6, 2015) but these phones still hold up pretty great when compared to some of the newest phones in the market.
