An official Universal Instagram app is coming, but until then we are still stuck with an official Instagram app that has not seen a major update in years, leaving Rudy’s 6tag as the single best alternative to access all the new features Instagram has added over the intervening period.
Rudy has now pushed out yet another update to 6tag which brings some useful new features.
Version 5.8.0.0 has the following changelog:
- You can now upload 16/9 images
- Fastest video upload
