3rd part Destiny Companion app in the works, needs funding

Destiny is a very popular first person shooter by Bungie for the PlayStation and Xbox.

Bungie has companion apps for the game for iOS and Android but nothing for Windows Phone.

Young developer and Destiny player Jeremy Greiner decided to address this issue by creating his own companion app for the game called Advanced Destiny Companion App.

The Advanced Destiny Companion (ADC) is an app for managing your Destiny guardian’s inventory. One of the major goals of the project was to take the features and functionality of Bungie’s Companion app for Destiny and enhance them for greater usability and timesaving.

The app is currently in beta on the Windows Phone Store, but Jeremy needs to raise funds to purchase a PS3 to test the app for that platform, and also hopes to bring it to other platforms.

His first goal is only $535 and he plans to make the app free without any ads.
