Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 10031 release notes got leaked today. Apart from the visual change of transparent Start Screen, Build 10031 includes the following new features and bug fixes. For example, Microsoft has enabled a large gesture detections area around the edge of the display so that low cost devices can perform edge gestures better.
