Acer Allegro cheap and cheerful Windows Phone coming to Europe soon

Telecompaper reports that Acer has announced the Acer Allegro Windows Phone 7.5 handset, to be released to Europe before Christmas 2011.
The handset will be low to mid-range, and costs only EUR 299.
The article does not make it clear if the Acer Allegro is also the Acer W4, which Acer showed off at IFA earlier this year.
That handset has a 3.6 inch WVGA screen, 5 megapixel camera and 8 GB of storage, and comes in white and black.
