Surface Pro 4 Type Cover with Fingerprint ID now available for pre-order in 26 new markets

Last year, Microsoft announced the Surface Pro 4 Type Cover with Fingerprint ID, which allows you to log in with your fingerprint on your Surface Pro 4 or Surface Pro 3 running Windows 10. It was previously available only in the US. Now, Microsoft has announced that the Surface Pro 4 Type Cover with Fingerprint ID is now available for pre-order through MicrosoftStore.com, Surface partner retailers and Authorized Device Resellers in the following 26 additional markets.

Austria, Australia, Belgium, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand and the United Kingdom.

Fully redesigned, the Surface Pro 4 Type Cover with Fingerprint ID is thinner and lighter than before with improved magnetic stability for lap use. It has a mechanical keyboard with optimal key spacing for fast and fluid typing, plus an enlarged track pad for precision control and navigation. You can pre-order it here from Microsoft Store.
