This is an interesting move from Nokia. According to sources of Italian Windows Phone blog, Nokia has decided not to allow network operators to have their logo on Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 devices. In Italy, TIM (Telecom Italy), 3 Italy (H3G), Vodafone and Wind are going to offer the latest Nokia Windows Phone 8 devices and none of them will have their brand on there devices. Carriers are allowed only to customize through software experience in Windows Phone 8. For example, they can have an own custom hub with live tile pinned to the start screen of the device, etc,.

For now, Nokia Stores will be the only ones selling the pure Nokia branded devices with no software customizations while the operator stores and other retail outlets will sell operator branded devices.
