Chris Weber, president of Nokia USA, has been showing of the voice texting features of Windows Phone 7  Mango at the Center for Automotive Research’s Management Briefing Seminars.

Concentrating on the ability to send and receive text messages completely hands and eyes free, without looking at or touching the phone, he noted “This is a game changer.”

A number of states in USA are passing laws making texting while driving illegal, and it is already the case in many other countries such as UK.

Microsoft has recently revealed that the voice command features already shown in Windows Phone 7 Mango will be expanded even further, to include voice-based map navigation, voice speed dialing and voice call forwarding.  Read on those new additions here.
